In 2015 I presented my second album titled A Strings Affair, which received good reviews from both national (Jazz Butlletí del l’AMJM) and international media (birdistheworm.com), and was broadcasted on a Canadian jazz radio in the city of Winnipeg .
The same year I formed Fantasia Quintet: a string quartet and electric guitar with arrangements of soundtracks, which toured several cultural institutions in Barcelona and its surroudings.
I have participated and led formations of various styles, performing my music in important places of the music scene such as: Jamboree Jazz Club, MNAC (Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya), L’Auditori (with the Barcelona Symphony and Catalonia National Orchestra), Palacio Real de Pedralbes, …
In 2013 I participated in the soundtrack of the documentary Dani Jarque, l’Etern Capità and in 2015 in the musical RENT together with students from the Institut del Teatre in Barcelona.
I have been a teacher in schools such as: Taller De Músics, Escuela Municipal de Música de Tiana, American Lake Music, Escola Pública Els Pinetons and ESART.
I’m currently playing guitar in L’Òpera de Tres Rals (Teatre Lliure), Marta Pazos’s staging of Bertolt Brecht and Kurt Weill’s work, running through October 11th. I also remain part of the musical Germans de Sang (Teatre Condal), which returns in January.
Alongside this, I dedicate myself to giving concerts with my project Fantasia Quintet and giving private classes in my studio in Barcelona. I also make arrangements for companies such as FEVER and its Candlelight Concerts (arrangement for Alice Wonder) or for musical groups such as the Sommeliers quintet.
